Full description

As SAP Campus reference you guarantee the proper functioning of the central SAP processes for the entire Miduca. You are responsible for training, basic data management, payroll processes, system testing and various specialized administrative tasks. You also support the centres as the competent contact person for SAP applications.

Mansioni

• Plan, implement and develop SAP Campus courses for the entire Miduca, including the creation and updating of training materials
• Responsibility for the pay process for teachers in the Miduca as a whole (preparation, execution and monitoring)
• Manage and maintain SAP Campus base data such as posts, rooms, discounts and items, as well as assume the role of Super-user SAP Substitute Campus
• Monitor the My Desk test version and manage the centres' calendars
• Support special tasks, write-offs of value subscriptions and IWB tenders as directed by the centre's management or alternate

Required

• Experience: in the animation of training as well as excellent teaching and presentation skills
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): with strong knowledge of SAP Campus and experience in the use and management of basic data and business processes
• High affinity with systems, processes and data quality, as well as strong interest in continuous procedural improvement
• Self-contained, structured and reliable method of work, with a strong sense of service and customer orientation
• Very good organizational abilities, high stress resistance and high priority
• French (Very good mastery)
• German (Good Mastery)
• Italian (preferably)
