Join us! Attached to the Vaudois Judicial Order, the canton's nine justices of peace rule at first instance in civil matters. They are also authorities for the protection of adults and children. In order to complement the existing team, the Justice de Paix of the districts of Jura-Nord Vaud and Gros-de-Vaud, which employs nearly 50 magistrates and collaborators, is seeking a judicial officer.

• Manage the hearing service and the reception of litigants.
• Proceed with the collection of advances for court fees and compensate witnesses.
• Attend magistrates in court and ensure security.
• Ensure forced executions and inventories in collaboration with the various actors (managing real estate, police, locksmith, mover).
• Make notifications of summonses.
• Ensure sealing.
• Proceed, upon delegation by the judge, with the drawing up of emergency statements.
• Manage internal and external mail.
• Perform the flow of folders.

• SWC of commercial employee, or any title deemed equivalent, supplemented by a professional practice of 3 years.
• Communication ability and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Good presentation, uniforms are required in the performance of duties.
• Organizational sense, initiative, flexibility, autonomy, stress resistance and good writing skills are desired.
• Driving licence with private vehicle mandatory. As part of the recruitment procedure, applicants will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
