Full description

As a legal intern within the Common Division and nationality, you support the legal officer in the Naturalization Sector in the conduct of various projects related to the implementation of the legislation on voodoo city law. By joining this dynamic sector, you contribute to the development of guidelines, fact sheets and the preparation of training for internal and external audiences. You may also have to carry out research into the control of the inhabitants. If you are interested in naturalization, we look forward to your application!

• Establish an informational watch on naturalization and control of inhabitants, including monitoring of case law
• Write internal and external communication media
• Conduct legal research, draft legal opinions and participate in the revision of communal regulations on the control of inhabitants
• Draft formal decisions and responses to appeals
• Participate in training related to the subject and conduct practical workshops

• Master in Law (Completed Training)
• Interest in public administration and naturalization

• Sense of organization and contact This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, available to a person in the process of completing or just completing their training. Candidates with confirmed legal experience will not be considered. Amount of remuneration: CHF 1,820.90 without 13th salary.
