The Legal Service guides the company and its staff through the means of the legal and regulatory framework and guarantees the legal integrity of the SSR.

Your Mission

Within the Legal Service team, you have the following responsibilities:

• Advice to editorial staff on media law;
• Preparation of responses to complaints to the Independent Radio and Television Appeals Mechanism and the Press Council;
• Monitoring of procedures in the framework of the law on transparency of administration;
• Management of the company's litigation cases, where appropriate in consultation with external agents;
• Legal support for company technological projects involving the processing of personal data;
• Preparation of contracts, legal opinions, internal notes and other documents relating to the relevant areas of activity;

Your profile

• You benefit from a lawyer's patent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a company or law firm in the above-mentioned legal fields;
• You are native French. You have very good knowledge of German, written and oral. Knowledge of Italian and English would be an asset.
• You are an open minded, dynamic and resilient person with strong communication skills and you know how to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• You like to work in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way; you have analytical, editorial and conceptual skills, and you negotiate with skill and determination.
• You show a team spirit and appreciate a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to work, while showing interest in the different linguistic regions of Switzerland.
