As a lawyer specializing in foresight and compliance, you are part of the Legal and Compliance Service of the Swiss Mobilier Life Insurance Company SA in Nyon, responsible for legal support for our departments of Planning as well as their clients and clients.

What you can achieve with us

Your main task is to support internal departments, as well as general agencies, in all matters relating to life insurance (including LCA, inheritance law, law of obligations, law of insurance supervision, etc.).

In collaboration with the Compliance Office Group in Bern, you are the contact person for compliance issues and for processing all applications in this field (including LBA, LPCC, LPD, LSFin, FINMA circulars, etc.).

Thanks to your analytical capabilities and your relational ease, you participate in the implementation, within the Mobilière-Vie, of legislative changes and ensure the monitoring of legislative and judicial developments.

What you bring

• University training in law, law patent is an asset
• Experience in insurance and ideally in compliance
• Analytical mind with a strong working capacity
• Responsibility and teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of German (Swiss) and French
