In order to strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which provides our clients with high-level services in the management of claims, we are looking for a 60% French-speaking Legal Officer for personal insurance benefits. The missions that await you:

• Dealing with accident insurance disputes, making decisions on objections and court records
• Dealing with loss-of-health insurance disputes, negotiating, reconciling and writing court records
• Analyze and respond to legal questions from colleagues managing LAA files and loss of sickness earnings, policyholders and brokers
• Actively participate in internal projects and training Your profile:
• Master in law or equivalent
• Ideally an initial experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
• French mother tongue and mastery of German
