You take responsibility for projects in the logistics environment and actively shape the future of Digitec Galaxus.

Logistics Automation, you support us in expanding our storage capacities and automating our processes.
Assuming overall responsibility for small and medium-sized projects (e.g. piloting of robot solutions, system and shelf extensions) in the logistics environment
Leadership of project teams and participation in larger projects as well as sub-projects

Assuming overall responsibility for small and medium-sized projects (e.g. piloting of robot solutions, system and shelf extensions) in the logistics environment
Leadership of project teams and participation in larger projects as well as sub-projects
Conducting research, analysis and calculations in the design phase as well as preparing and presenting the information to the management
Ensuring cooperation between all departments involved in the implementation phase
Support of departments, product owners, analysts and development teams from idea to production
Management of internal and external stakeholders, resource and scheduling as well as project controlling
Active participation in finding solutions and combining analytics and technology to add value Requirements
1-3 years: Logistics & warehouse automation (robot solutions, shelf and system extensions)
Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): industrial engineering, computer science / business informatics, mechanical engineering / mechatronics
Completed technical studies (ETH/UNI/FH) and demonstrable analytical skills

Experience in classical and agile project management, solution-oriented pragmatism, organizational talent and willingness to actively tackle
Secure, open and target-group-oriented communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions to consensus
