- Management of EPFL's telecommunications infrastructure in a 5-person team
- Diagnosis, prevent and repair faults and malfunctions
- Handling incidents and requests in ServiceNow
- Management of wiring, active equipment and information system security Set up and operate monitoring solutions
- Participation in communication infrastructure development projects
- Operational support in data centers for infrastructure and network

Notes and original content

- Higher degree in computer science (HES, university or EPF) or equivalent vocational training (LAC,...)
- Network certifications (e.g.: Cisco, HP,...)
- Excellent technical knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies and systems
- Knowledge of the most widely used operating systems on the site (Mac OS, Windows and Linux)
- Mastery of SQL and good knowledge in Python
- Mastery of French and English essentials (oral and written)
