In order to strengthen our Human Resources team in French-speaking Switzerland, located in Montreux, we are immediately looking for or to agree upon a

Junior HR Business Partner at 50%

In close collaboration with the HR Business Partner, you contribute to supporting managers and employees on various HR themes. You actively participate in the management of individual situations, monitoring of absenteeism, training, HR projects as well as the development and optimization of HR tools and processes.

Your tasks

• Support the HR Business Partner in supporting managers on various HR issues and in finding solutions adapted to the situations encountered.
• Monitor long-term absences and coordinate case management procedures with the various stakeholders.
• Participate in various simple HR interviews
• Under the supervision of the HR Business Partner, analyze HR issues, propose possible solutions and prepare the elements necessary for decision-making.
• Prepare, lead and coordinate internal training for managers and employees.
• Organize and participate in Apprentice Day and other HR events.
• Support managers in the use of HR tools and systems.
• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators, particularly in terms of absenteeism, fluctuations and reporting.
• Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement and contribute to the implementation of appropriate measures.
• Translate and adapt HR documents, procedures and communications.
• Respond to requests from the HR administrative department located in Bern

Your profile

• Training in Human Resources, HR certificate or training deemed equivalent
• Professional experience in a general HR function, HR consulting or support to HR Business Partners.
• Good knowledge of topics related to absenteeism management, occupational health and case management.
• Comfort in leading training and conducting discussions with various stakeholders.
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy and solutions orientation.
• Very good writing and communication skills.
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
• Availability to make regular trips to the company's various sites.
