Main responsibilities
- You are part of the Management Services controlling team and actively participate in the financial management of the HRM, Real Estate & Operations, Digital & IT and Corporate Center departments
- You support the business partners in financial issues and projects for transparent cost management
- You contribute to monthly and annual accounts as well as management reporting
- You create reporting, support budgeting, forecasts and business plans and derive recommendations for action
- You analyze optimization potential, support business cases and get involved in cross-divisional projects
- You will continue to develop financial indicators, dashboards and controlling processes and prepare the basis for decision-making for management Requirements
- You have a commercial education with further education in controlling or finance and accounting or a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable degree program
- Ideally, you could already gain initial professional experience or internships in controlling, finance or accounting.
- You have experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage
