Role overview
As part of the Information Systems function, you join an organization that is undergoing transformation to drive and structure a strategic portfolio covering Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Regional IS Services.
In a context of regional organizational development and strengthening the governance of IT projects, you will be responsible for a portfolio of over 40 MCHF.
A true management partner, you will bring an overall vision of the initiatives underway, ensure their alignment with strategic priorities and contribute to the organization's operational excellence.
You will also be a key player in the development of a community of successful and collaborative project leaders.
Your main responsibilities will be
- Manage and coordinate the portfolios of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Regional IS Services projects, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Ensure a consolidated portfolio vision and provide management with the necessary analysis, indicators and recommendations for decision-making
- Oversee an overall budget over 40 MCHF by providing financial tracking, forecasting, cost control and associated reporting
- Identify, manage and balance risks, dependencies, resources and priorities across all programs and projects
- Functionally mentor a community of about 12 external project leaders and promote harmonized working methods
- Develop robust portfolio governance, ensuring data quality, adherence to standards and consistency of reporting
- Work closely with technical teams, MOPs, departmental managers and business partners to foster a cross-cutting and collaborative approach
- Acting as the real "round of control" of the Senior Director IS & User Services by providing visibility, anticipation and recommendations across the portfolio
- Experience confirmed in a role of Portfolio Manager, Senior Program Manager or Head of PMO in complex IT environments
- Strong experience in managing multi-project and multi-stakeholder portfolios with high visibility
- Excellent control over governance, budget management and executive reporting processes
- Good understanding of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT Services environments, allowing effective interaction with technical teams
- Experience in the functional supervision of project teams and in the facilitation of project leader communities
- Strong analytical capacity, focus and ability to evolve in a changing environment
- Recognized leadership, ability to federate, create cohesion and develop relationships of trust with diverse interlocutors
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach What we offer:
