- Supporting projects related to the regional introduction and support of the AXELIOS 1 Sequencing Platform
- Supporting the planning, coordination and documentation of installations, training activities and support initiatives
- Collecting, structuring and analyzing feedback and lessons learned from regional activities
- Translating expert input into clear and reusable guidelines, checklists, knowledge articles and team resources
- Identifying potential use cases for generative AI and other digital tools within customer support
- Creating and maintaining project trackers, status overviews and management summaries
- Supporting communication and knowledge sharing across regional and global teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and ways of working

Application process
- You will join our EMEA Sequencing Support organization, which brings together technical and application expertise to support the introduction of the new AXELIOS 1 Sequencing Platform across the region.
- We work closely with colleagues from Field Service, Field Applications, Global Customer Support and Product Development to help establish effective and scalable customer support structures.
- During your internship, you will gain insights into next-generation sequencing, regional customer support and the launch of a new platform.
- You will contribute to defined projects, collaborate with regional and global experts and support the development of structures, tools and processes that enable our specialist teams.
- In this role, digital innovation includes exploring how AI, data-driven approaches and digital collaboration tools can improve technical and application support, knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
