To strengthen our Payerne team, we are looking for an internal sales specialist for the PPE product line and workshop equipment. Your Tasks:

• Guarantee customer satisfaction and relationship, from order to billing within the time frame
• Support external sales advisors and specialists in their projects, including technical assistance, preparation and monitoring of offers, and management of complaints and returns
• Reliable processing of quality orders, offers, invoices, deliveries, returns and processes
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery delays and ensure transparent information
• Provide technical advice, promote sales and offer suitable alternatives
• Contribute to the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives while actively collaborating within your profile team:
• Ideally experience in the field of personal protective equipment.
• Customer service experience
• Aisance with demanding customers and strong orientation solutions
• Very good control of SAP and modern IT tools
• Knowledge of French and German, good level in writing and fit for negotiation
• A dynamic and enthusiastic person, with customer contact at heart
