The supply chain plays a key role in the availability of parts and the proper functioning of railway activities.

In our Purchasing & Logistics team, we are looking for a train supply trainee for a long-term mission, in direct support of a supplier.

This course allows you to become familiar with the concrete activities of a supply service in an operational environment.

Your missions

In support of the supplier, you will participate in the following activities:

• Processing of simple purchase requests and preparation of orders
• Sending Request for Rating (RFQ) and tracking supplier responses
• Relaunching suppliers (time limits, deliveries, acknowledgement of receipt)
• Monitoring of current orders and updating of statuses
• Participation in data management and updating in SAP
• Support for administrative follow-up of cases (purchase documents, billing differences, filing)
• Participation in the processing of simple non-compliances (quality/logistics)
• Support for import/export flows (preparation and documentary verification)
• Preparation of materials and minutes of meetings

Missions will gradually evolve according to your autonomy and understanding of processes.

Your profile

You are a Bachelor or Master student, or a young graduate, in the field of supply chain, logistics, purchasing or equivalent. You have an interest in procurement activities and operational environments.

Easy with computer tools, including Excel, you have ideally been confronted with tools like SAP. You are being organized, rigorous and able to manage monitoring tasks reliably.

You have a good relationship and enjoy working with different interlocutors, both internally and with external partners.
