Location : Multi-sites (Yverdon-les-Bains, Montagny near Yverdon.) Entry into office: 01 November 2026 ideally

What you bring to our mission

You are responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and maintenance of premises and buildings, in particular by helping to clean and tidy up common spaces, both indoor and outdoor.

Your key missions

• Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, maintain facilities and monitor breakdowns.
• Organize sorting, recycling and waste management.
• Perform various administrative tasks, manage orders and track maintenance product stocks.
• Perform periodic inspections, including fire protection.
• Maintain good relations with partners, neighbourhoods and collaborators, and respond to requests by directing them where necessary.
• Ensure the flow of information useful to all trades, linked to the hierarchy.

Your profile

• SWC operating agent or in a technical field useful to the function
• Minimum 2 years experience in building technical management
• Driver's licence category B
• Experience in inventory management and orders.
• Basic safety knowledge (including fire).
• Ability to work independently, organizational sense and versatility.
• Excellent relational skills and taste for teamwork.
• Good command of French (oral and written), and computer tools.
