What you bring to our mission

Through your commitment and technical skills, you contribute directly to the quality of life and hospitality in the Gland home and in the various homes where you intervene in reinforcement. You ensure its proper functioning and maintenance, the organisation of daily activities and contribute directly to the safety and well-being of both residents and teams. Your sense of service, rigor and relationship capacity contribute to creating a respectful, structured and secure living environment.

Your key missions

• You ensure the technical management of the fireplace, including the maintenance of interior and exterior spaces and the maintenance of technical installations
• You coordinate and supervise the cleaning activities carried out with the beneficiaries, and ensure the organisation of waste, recycling and stocks.
• You organize the reception of newcomers, provide general information about the operation of the home and ensure compliance with the regulations in force
• You ensure administrative follow-up, including the management of orders, mail, occupancy plan and periodic security checks.
• You work closely with internal and external partners, and ensure the flow of important information about the life of the structure.

Your profile

• You have an operating agent CFC or in a technical field useful to the function
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in building engineering
• You have excellent organisational, relational and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• You have the driver's license
• You master French in oral and written language, as well as the usual office tools.
• Knowledge of English and of one or more other languages
• An interest in migration and an intercultural environment is an asset.
