- You have more than 5 years of professional experience in facility management, in the management of external service providers (provider management) and in project management.
- You will bring in-depth knowledge of contract and procurement law as well as in-depth knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) and operator responsibility.
- You are confident in using CAFM systems and SAP and have a strong growth mindset to proactively shape change in a dynamic environment.
- You speak negotiable English and generally have excellent communication skills.
- As a team player, you are able to work effectively with different stakeholders and communicate complex relationships in an understandable way.
- You see occasional business trips, primarily between our locations in Mannheim and Penzberg, as an enrichment.
