MAIN TASKS

Within the Bois-Cerf and Cecil clinics, your missions will mainly be:

• Biomedical Park Management: Facilities Monitoring, Maintenance, Contract Management (HERMED), and Technical Documents Update – Warewave Software Mastery, an asset.
• Management of acquisition projects: Development of specifications, coordination with procurement, technical and logistics services for the acquisition of biomedical equipment, and management of commissioning.
• Technological and regulatory monitoring: Anticipation of technological developments, integration of innovations, monitoring of current standards (Swissmedic), and preparation of audits and inspections.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements, management of ISO audits, Swissmedic inspections and risk analysis.
• Financial and budgetary monitoring: Budget development, estimates, invoicing, decisions on the cost-effectiveness of repairs, and management of purchase costs.
• Material and security: Incident handling, follow-up of FSN/FSCA, alert management and training of staff on good security practices.
• Multidisciplinary interface: Coordination with the various services (technical, IT, procurement), management of relations with the corporate office, and information in the management system (Waveware).
• Training and support: Training of users on medical devices, materials and the use of management tools (ticketing).

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of Swiss public procurement, hospital infrastructure and medical device regulations.
• Excellent skills in planning, negotiating and conducting projects.
• Spirit of analysis and ability to work as a team.
• Mastery of GMAO software and knowledge of MS Office office automation tools are required.
• Project management training is an asset.
• Mastery of French (oral and written) and technical English.
