Role overview
We are looking for a Business Information Systems Manager for the 'SI Management and Business Relationship' department of the General Directorate of Digital and Information Systems (DGNSI).

Under the responsibility of the business relationship manager (RM), define the vision and strategy for the evolution of the business information system to meet the strategic and operational challenges of the beneficiary services and the concerned institutions.

- Experience in managing and directing IT projects.
- Master's degree in information systems or equivalent title.
Key requirements
- Experience in managing and directing IT projects.
- Master's degree in information systems or equivalent title.
- Experience in the urbanization of information systems.
- Interest in the field of education and training in Switzerland.
- Technical knowledge and infrastructure are a strong asset.
- Stress resistance, patience, and pedagogy.
- Rigor, autonomy, and precision in work.
Application process

- Participate in the management of the "SI Management and Business Relationship" domain. Profile sought
- Experience in managing and directing IT projects.
- Management of several important (or complex) projects in a similar environment (public administration or large company).
- Master's degree in information systems or equivalent title.
- Experience in the urbanization of information systems.
- Having completed projects such as modeling and optimizing processes, or developing master plans for information systems.
- Experience, or failing that a strong interest, in the field of education and training in Switzerland, as well as sensitivity to the functioning of public or parapublic institutions.
