Outpatient clinic, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward, with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In all, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for more than 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, the Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for a

Nurse in doctor (M/F) at 80-100%

Start of work as soon as possible or to be agreed.

The medicine department on the 1st floor has 40 beds, including 6 dedicated to palliative care, and provides interdisciplinary care for patients requiring general and acute palliative care.

The medicine department on the 2nd floor includes 43 beds, half of which are dedicated to acute care for seniors, with interdisciplinary care in a suitable environment aimed at promoting and maintaining autonomy in daily life activities.

YOU OWN

• An HES Bachelor's degree in nursing or nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Great adaptation to the requirements of the different services in which you are delegated.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigor.
• The ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• Good emotional control, proactivity and flexibility.
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to him while respecting institutional values.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their loved ones and the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account an overall therapeutic project.
• Work interprofessionally with the aim of providing quality care and respecting a global approach to the patient.
