Nurse (M/F) with the role of Operational Manager (RESOP)

Activity rate: 90% Fixed-term contract

Your Mission

• Receiving, directing, sorting, allocating and monitoring claims or new claims, in collaboration with multidisciplinary team leaders, planners and all home care professionals, as well as with the care network
• Monitor the clinical field transmissions that arrive throughout the day and treat according to the degree of urgency, then coordinate the management of the situation and inform the professionals involved
• Acting in support and guidance of interdisciplinary teams in the care of clients in general care and mental health
• Actively contribute to the sustainable home care of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while taking into account individual needs with personalized care and promoting client autonomy
• Actively collaborate on the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a unique role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as an integral part of the health care system

Your profile and skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medical and social field a strong asset and interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in networking and multidisciplinarity
• Responsibility and professional ethics
