The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. The Internal Medicine Service is composed of 7 units and can accommodate 110 patients. In order to complete the team of a unit of this service, we are looking for one:

Nurse M/F at 80%-100%

The main tasks of this post are

• Welcome, communicate and collaborate with the patient and his/her family as well as members of the multidisciplinary team upon admission;
• Identify the needs and resources needed for optimal and comprehensive patient care;
• Apply quality and safe therapeutic care;
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach
