Nurse at 80% CDI, 80% Integrated into the heart of a large recognized institution, the Hospital of the Institution of Lavigny is one of the reference Romanesque centers for patients with brain damage requiring neurological rehabilitation, or with difficult-to-treat epilepsy. Open since 1 July 2024, the University Neurorehabilitation Service (SUN) is an innovative structure linking two institutions, CHUV and Hôpital de Lavigny. With 75 beds and nearly 200 collaborators, the SUN provides highly specialized and interdisciplinary treatment in academic neurorehabilitation, for more than 500 in-patient patients and nearly 2000 outpatients per year. Within the care team of the Hospital Department of Lavigny, we are looking for:

Nurse at 80% CDI

Your missions

• Organize and deliver nursing in accordance with the patient's clinical route in neurological rehabilitation, in collaboration with the entire interdisciplinary team, and in partnership with the hospitalized patient and his or her relatives
• Integrate patient rehabilitation objectives into daily care
• Perform medical procedures, usually delegated to medically prescribed staff
• Inform, guide, inform the patient and his surroundings
• Initiate and participate in health education and promotion in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in the training and development of colleagues, nursing students, trainees, apprentices and auxiliary staff.

Your profile

• Training in nursing, general care or equivalent
• Skills to work in interdisciplinarity
• An experience in neurology and rehabilitation or an interest in training in this field
• The training of trainers and trainers in enterprises is an asset.
• Good adaptability and responsibility.
