100% specialized clinical nurse (Morabia)

The Nant Foundation is a private institution recognized as being of public interest, charged by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the Eastern Vaud region. Working within the Foundation means evolving in a stimulating environment and a dynamic working environment.

The Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA) is one of the three services of the Nant Foundation. The SPPA hospital center includes five hospital units, including Morabia which can accommodate up to 14 patients aged 18 to 65, suffering from severe psychiatric disorders. Being a clinical nurse specialist within this division means evolving in a motivating work environment at the heart of an interdisciplinary team. THE MISSION OF THE ICLS The clinical nurse specialist in the adult psychiatric hospital unit's mission is to strengthen the quality, safety and excellence of nursing care by integrating evidence and clinical expertise into practices. He/She supports the evolution of nursing practices by promoting the integration of new knowledge, innovation and links with academic environments and he/she supports interprofessional collaboration while contributing to the continuous improvement of practices for the benefit of patients, teams and the institution. The activity will be distributed as follows: 40% will be devoted to the direct clinical care of patients, while the remaining 60% will be dedicated to the other missions assigned to the ICLS, as described above. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse who holds an HES-SO Bachelor's degree in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent) and a Master's degree in nursing sciences and who has solid clinical experience, ideally in psychiatry.

We are looking for a person with an analytical mind and scientific rigor, who will be able to support and help teams grow with pragmatism and kindness. Finally, we would like to hire someone who is motivated by the mission of the Foundation and enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team.
