Reference : CLS/RH/2026.777 / Type of contract : 100% trainee / Hours : Monday to Sunday according to schedule, at the earliest 7h00 and at the latest 7h00 + dayguard (7h-19h) and nightguard (7h-7h) / Date of entry : as soon as we find the right person / Location : in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop « Riponne » or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop « Beaulieu-Jomini »)

Why do we need you?

Following the departure of the holder, we wish to renew this function in order to guarantee the continuity and quality of the care of patients in anaesthesia.

What will you do?

• Work with different professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Implement its specialist nursing expertise in anaesthesia in the various surgical and medical interventional specialties, in the operating room and in the associated sectors
• Ensure patient care by providing independent nursing care in a safe, efficient and comfortable manner
• Perform medical-delegated acts and master the resulting technical actions
• Collaborate with anesthetic physicians during pre, per and post anesthetic periods
• Use computerized patient record and develop clinical evaluation
• Ensure structured and effective transmission to physicians and care services

Who are you going to work with?

The anaesthesia team brings together 15 anaesthetic nurses and nurses, all experienced, motivated and pro-active, who put their expertise and enthusiasm at the service of patients, creating a professional and enjoyable work environment.

Jean-Marc Dehillotte, Head of anesthesia, wake-up room and pre-anesthetic consultation, has over 25 years of experience in this field. A community setting since 2019, it adopts participatory and humane management based on strong professional values, supporting both the excellence of care and the professional development of its team.

What do we expect from you?

The indispensables

• Holder of a diploma in nursing HES or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and an EPD ES diploma of expert in anaesthesia care or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years of professional practice in a similar position
• Mastery of patient care and supervision in anaesthetic and surgical context
• Ability to quickly assess a clinical situation and respond appropriately, including in emergency situations
• Rigor in the application of hygiene, aseptic and safety rules
• Ability to work as a multidisciplinary team and communicate in a clear and structured manner
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to complex clinical situations
