GHOL is the reference hospital for the German West with its structures on Nyon and Rolle. Tomorrow, we propose to continue your professional development by involving you in your new missions and by participating in the development of GHOL. The Pneumology Department, located in ROLLE, supports adult patients with acute or chronic respiratory diseases in a hospital or outpatient setting. You will evolve within a renovated structure in an exceptional setting facing Lake Geneva and the Alps. You will have at your disposal advanced equipment. Today, the Pneumonology Service has become a flagship facility in respiratory rehabilitation.

Description of the post

In your new duties, your missions have an impact on the quality of patient care. Your role will include:

• Support and accompany the Pneumology Pole patient
• Providing quality care based on reflective practice
• Accurately perform medico-delegated care and autonomous care
• To provide personalized nursing care, taking into account the objectives and needs of the patient and his/her family for return home, for example,
• Provide oral and written feedback in a targeted and relevant manner in the patient electronic file
• Ordering pharmacy and equipment taking into account the needs of the service
• Actively participate in the medical examination, identify and implement the requirements issued

Profile required

We are confident of your rapid success in your future functions through your:

• Interest in the accompaniment and support of patients with pneumonic conditions
• Ability to work in interdisciplinarity (medical team, physiotherapist, dietician, liaison nurse, Vaudian Pulmonary League)
• Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making capacity
• Ability to conduct a relevant clinical evaluation

Level of training

Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing Required (or title deemed equivalent approved by the Swiss Red Cross)
