As a cantonal nurse, you will be in a strategic position within the Directorate-General for Health. Your mission will be to pilot the development of the health and care professions, to accompany the evolution of the health system and to contribute to the strategic decisions at cantonal level. Member of the management committee, you will be actively involved in the definition and implementation of the canton's public health policy guidelines.

Mission

• Participate in the strategic direction of the Health Branch as a member of the Executive Committee
• Define and lead the strategy of the Health and Care Professionals Branch, ensuring its development and adaptation to current and future challenges
• Manage the team and manage the human, financial and organizational resources of the Branch
• Manage strategic issues, conduct expertise and carry out specific tasks entrusted by the Health Branch
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with
