We're looking for for our Outpatient Surgery Centre 100% nursing Key Position Information: Reference : CLS/RH/2026.767 / Type of contract : Contract with Indeterminate Duration 100% / Hours : Monday to Friday from 6.30am to the earliest at 7.30pm at the latest / Date of entry : as soon as we find the right person / Location : in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop « Riponne » or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop « Beaulieu-Jomini ») Why do we need you? A nurse's post in the Outpatient Surgery Centre is freed up: join a team engaged in day clinic where your expertise is recognized, your autonomy valued and your role with a fully supported patient journey. What will you do?

• Ensure the overall management of patients in surgery and outpatient medicine in the pre- and post-operative phases
• Conduct clinical assessments, ensure continuous monitoring and adapt care to changing patient conditions
• Administer and monitor prescribed treatments, including complex infusions
• Prepare, accompany and monitor patients for action in interventional radiology
• Apply service-specific nursing care while anticipating and preventing potential complications associated with treatments and interventions
• Provide benevolent communication and personalized support to patients and their loved ones throughout the care journey
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and secure management
• Ensure rigorous transmission of information and complete traceability of care in patient records
• Coaching and accompanying nursing students in their clinical learning and professional development Who are you going to work with? In the day clinic, our team has 10 nurses and 1 nursing assistant in endoscopy and outpatient service. It is a team of solidarity, versatile, always smiling and dynamic. The service's slogans are "Entraide, empathy and greed". In Intervention, our team consists of 8 nurses and 4 technical aids in endoscopy and outpatient service. It is a team of solidarity and dynamic, experienced and always curious to develop new skills and activities. The words of order of the service are "Good mood, rigor and sweetness". What do we expect from you? The indispensables:
• Diploma in nursing HES or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in hospital
• Strict control of safety, hygiene and aseptic rules
• Relationship and real ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team Your assets:
• Outpatient experience, ideally in day surgery
