It belongs to the La Source Foundation, an independent and private non-profit institution that also oversees the Institut et Haute École de la Santé La Source. The independence that this status gives it allows it to continuously invest in human and technological aspects in order to guarantee its patients the best possible care. We are looking for a Nurse at the Pool at 100%

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.789 / Type of contract: 100% permanent contract / Opening hours: Monday to Sunday in 12 hours (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. / 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) / Entry date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

As a Nurse in the Pool, you will provide support in the medical and surgical units according to the needs of the institution. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, gives the opportunity to use a variety of nursing expertise in a dynamic environment, and offers a stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you have to do?

• To provide technical and specific nursing care, in accordance with the protocols in force
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the electronic patient record
• Strictly apply the rules of hygiene, asepsis and safety
• Quickly integrate the teams of the departments in which you work in order to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

The unit consists of 12 employees. Their strength lies in being a united team with a common sense of values. Working in different units, they always enjoy getting together during breaks.

Audrey Laurent, Head Nurse of the Care Unit and head of the Pool, has a recognized background in various surgical specialties. Her leadership based on listening, benevolence and availability guarantees a respectful work environment, where each employee can develop to the fullest. What do we expect from you?

The essentials

• Nursing diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Rigour, organization and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
