- Identifying and exploiting the customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
- Ensure competent advice on financing (housing) and standardised advice on the topics of investment and provision of pensions
Main responsibilities
- Identifying and exploiting the customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
- Ensure competent advice on financing (housing) and standardised advice on the topics of investment and provision of pensions
- Development of solutions that meet the needs of the customer, including individual needs, wishes, goals and living conditions, as well as in the context of the segment-specific product range
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Participation in target group-specific market processing measures such as contact campaigns, occasions and representative tasks Requirements:
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Multi-annual experience in private customer consulting
- Well-founded technical knowledge in the field of financing, investment and provisioning
- Sympathetic and profitable appearance, good communication skills
