Role overview
We are looking for franchise partners in the family business to run migrolino shops also on Sundays and public holidays.
It must be mindful. 6 working family members (family members count only members in vertical succession and degrees of kinship) in order to fully guarantee the sales operation on each Sunday and public holiday.

- You set up a sole proprietorship (partnership) and run our shop with your own capital
- You operate a location in the franchise system on your own account
Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for the operational management of the site
- Target-oriented leadership and promotion of your team, including independent recruitment
- Ensuring the implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with standards
- Responsibility for attracting new customers, as well as business results, turnover and costs

- Responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of health, safety and hygiene rules

- Several years: Experience in the retail trade in food and in the gastronomy
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Completed basic or additional training in the retail trade, catering, travel or petrol station business with subsequent successful career
- For the family business, at least 6 family members in vertical line must be of working age and work (e.g. grandparents, parents, children, children's children).
- Sundays and holidays can be covered ONLY with family members.
- High sense of responsibility regarding the course of business, employees and customer support
- Many years of experience in managing employees and business know-how
- Above-average willingness to perform as a salesperson and leader
