Aufgaben

• Accounting supervision of one or more stewardship groups
• Preparation of interim and annual accounts (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for buildings and owners
• Management and control of incidental costs
• Execution of extours, transitional entries in balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, debit corrections, in consultation with managers
• Support and advice to managers on the arrival of new mandates, including the entry of the opening balance sheet
• Establishment of reports for owners
• Equalization of EPS and liaison accounts and financial accounting

Anforderungen

• SWC
• Further training of SVIT real estate accounting specialist, trustee or equivalent professional experience
• Multi-year professional experience in accounting/finance/closure, preferably in real estate accounting
• Knowledge of lease law
• Experience in preparing balance sheets/loss and profit accounts
• Meaning of numbers, affinity for a digital work mode and openness to change
• Knowledge of G-REM and its desired environment
• French mother tongue, knowledge of German are an asset
• Professionalism, reliability, team spirit and good stress resistance
• Self-employment mode, accurate, reliable and results oriented
