In order to complete the existing team, the Office of Bankruptcy of the district of Lausanne, which employs nearly 20 employees, is seeking a senior bailiff of a bankruptcy office.

• Direct a sector of forced execution and contribute to the continuing training of employees and apprentices.
• Provide technical assistance and support to bailiffs for complex cases and cases.
• Take precautionary measures and determine active and passive masses.
• Make the final achievements and distribution.
• Write minutes to the parties to the proceedings.

• Six-year professional experience in prosecution or bankruptcy.
• Team management training or commitment.
• Ability to manage conflicts, assertivity.
• Public service sense, very good stress resistance.
• Good organization, initiative, speed, precision.
• Mastering spelling and ease with common computer tools.
• Driving licence and availability of the desired private vehicle. There are many opportunities for professional development and continuing training within the Prosecution and Bankruptcy Office. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and criminal record for less than 3 months.
