- Your responsibilities Personnel administration
- Complete management of entrances and exits (contracts, permits, authorizations to practice, onboarding etc.) for paid or unpaid staff (approximately 1,300 persons)
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities Personnel administration
- Complete management of entrances and exits (contracts, permits, authorizations to practice, onboarding etc.) for paid or unpaid staff (approximately 1,300 persons)
- Careful monitoring of absences and social insurance cases with internal and external partners
- Coordination of exit interviews and proposal for an offboarding process
- Administration of biannual rotations of doctors in training
- Updating and checking employees' files Wage management
- Control of schedules and input of variables for 1'100 paydays
- Salary management in connection with our ERP OPALE Implementation of DTA
- Monitoring and implementation of monthly post-payment activities and annual accounts HR Process Optimization
- Active participation in digitisation and process automation
Application process
- Ensure the strict application of labour law and collective labour agreements
- Contribute to cross-cutting HR projects according to profile Profile required Your success is guaranteed by one/one:
- Experience confirmed (min. 5 years) in operational HR management in Switzerland Proven functional autonomy
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance
- Excellent knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel – TCD, formulas)
- Experience with digital tools and modern HRIS
- Mastery of the French language, both written and oral
