Role overview
In keeping with the evolution of its HR organization and in order to respond to current and future challenges of the Service, the Prison Service (SPEN) continues its work on the promotion of trades, attractiveness and retention of staff, while developing HR projects that meet the needs of the Service and its employees. Related to the Human Resources Unit, your mission is to promote and promote the Service's trades, culture and values, both internally and externally, and to develop HR marketing actions to enhance its visibility and attractiveness. You are involved in HR projects that meet the needs of the Service in the areas of skills development, career development, employee support and the evolution of HR practices. In doing so, you have a cross-cutting role at the crossroads of trade promotion, HR marketing and HR development to contribute to the current and future staffing needs of the Service.
- Implement SPEN's business promotion and attractiveness strategy by identifying the most appropriate target audiences, messages, content, formats and communication channels.
- Develop and implement HR marketing actions, both externally to promote trades and strengthen the attractiveness of the SPEN, and internally to foster engagement, loyalty and sense of belonging.
- Conduct or participate in projects such as skills development, career development, staff integration and HR practices and processes improvement.
- Ensure strategic monitoring in its area of activity, including labour market developments, HR marketing trends and the practices of related trades. - Advanced training in a field related to human resources, HR marketing, communication or project management.
- Professional experience confirmed in the conduct of HR projects, HR marketing or HR communication, with experience in the promotion of trades and/or the development of attractiveness.
- Knowledge in HR marketing and communication, especially digital, and mastery of the various communication tools and channels.
- Experience in designing and implementing promotion and communication actions.
- Creativity, global vision and sense of perspective, initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions. A fixed-term contract of one year, renewable, with a long-term intention to sustain this position. Our terms and conditions of employment require you to be a Swiss citizen or holder of a licence C, free of a deed of default of property (an extract from the Office of Prosecutions must be presented during the process) and your criminal record must be blank. There is a right to consult the criminal record under the Federal Criminal Records Act by the engagement authority for this function.
