- Lead and develop the HR Operations team supporting the Head Office in Switzerland, on top of Germany and Poland, ensuring clear priorities, effective workload management and continued development of team capabilities.

- Lead and develop the HR Operations team supporting the Head Office in Switzerland, on top of Germany and Poland, ensuring clear priorities, effective workload management and continued development of team capabilities.
- Lead and coordinate payroll operations in the area, with a strong focus on Switzerland, working closely with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, approvals and payments.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR administration across the assigned countries, including employment contracts, employee lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, immigration, time management, leaves of absence and related HR processes.
- Coordinate statutory and employee documentation requirements, including salary certificates, share-related documentation, employment certificates and other locally required documents.
- Support the execution of global Total Rewards processes, including Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) and other compensation-related programs within the relevant countries.
- Own and oversee HR case management, ensuring employee and business requests are handled accurately and efficiently, with appropriate escalation and resolution of complex cases.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to provide responsive, high-quality support to employees and managers, including a tailored and white-glove service where appropriate.
