You hold the Federal HR Specialist Patent or equivalent training, have several years of experience in consulting and coaching executives and are looking for a general HR function that combines advice, technical expertise and management?
As HR head of the canton's courts, justices of the peace and prosecution and bankruptcy offices, you will support those responsible in their daily HR issues and take over, with broad autonomy, more complex or sensitive situations.
Your expertise and analytical capacity will allow you to propose suitable solutions, negotiate and defend a clear HR positioning when the situation demands it.

- Good knowledge of the Vaud Cantonal Administration, its operation, and its HR processes (a significant asset)
