Join our team "Maîtrise d'oeuvre du contoure Gare" for the Lausanne projects sector and contribute to work essential for tomorrow's mobility. We are looking for a motivated trainee, with a keen sense of quality and a great curiosity for projects. So we look forward to your arrival to support the team on technical and administrative tasks for the start of a high-intensity execution phase scheduled for spring 2027. Your occupancy rate is 80%, affecting the duration of your internship. The start dates of the internship may be chosen in a flexible manner between 1 January and 1 March 2027 in agreement with the superiors. You benefit from a general subscription of 2nd class. Moreover, you are entitled to five weeks of holidays per year, the duration of which is adapted to the proportion of your commitment. For a 100% occupancy rate, your attractive monthly salary is CHF 2,800 during your Bachelor's degree, CHF 3,800 with a Bachelor's degree and CHF 4,800 with a Master's degree. • During your internship, you perform multiple technical and administrative activities for the project team: task monitoring, document coordination, data entry and control, and exchanges with partners.
• You are involved in setting up and improving the processes necessary to start execution (quality assurance, operational procedures, monitoring of initial work).
• During the key phases of the project, you process and manage project data (formatting, organization on SharePoint, management and coordination with BIM).
• You create ad hoc presentations, reports and documentation for project reviews and internal exchanges.
• You write and synthesize complex information in a clear and structured way for teams and decision makers.

What you bring.

• With excellent editorial convenience, you also have a strong capacity for understanding and synthesis.
• You demonstrate precision and rigour in the execution of administrative and technical tasks.
• Driven by curiosity, you show interest in major infrastructure projects and project management.
• You have basic knowledge of the Document Management Tools (SharePoint) and you are interested in BIM and data management.
• You are a Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or similar.
• You are fluent in French (minimum level C1) and ideally have knowledge in a second national language (level B1).
