The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. Our service of Gynecology-Obstetrics provides in particular nearly 2,000 births per year.

In order to create the position, we are looking for an indeterminate contract, one:

Midwife M/F, head of 80% outpatient care unit: gynaecological and obstetric emergencies and outpatient consultations

The main tasks of this post are

• Provide leadership to his team and clear and transparent positioning
• To supervise and supervise the staff of the unit, in accordance with the institutional directives
• Organize work, care activities and guarantee mutual assistance between employees
• Ensure the quality of patient reception and services provided
• Participating in staff recruitment
• Participate in quality projects and research protocols in the unit
• Ensuring a spirit of openness, flexibility, creativity and innovation

We ask

• A Bachelor of Midwifery or Midwifery Nurse or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 5 years in obstetrics and gynaecology
• Training in community management, or committing to training
• Team management experience would be an asset, as well as leadership skills
• Ability to work as a team, a sense of collaboration and organization, management of priorities
• A good mastery of computer tools
