Health Auxiliary (M/F)

Participation rate between 50% and 80% Undetermined fixed-term contract

Your Mission

• Provide basic care, hygiene and comfort in daily activities and help maintain order and cleanliness in the living environment
• Monitor the general condition of clients and provide useful observations to quality management in continuity of care
• Stimulate and support clients and their loved ones by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their abilities
• Providing listening and developing a relationship and trust
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role allowing you to enhance your health care profession as an integral part of the health care system

Your profile and skills

• CRS Health Assistant Certificate 120 hours or equivalent certification (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) or willingness to attend training
• Interest in advanced age and home care
• Ability to organize autonomously while collaborating in network and multidisciplinarity
• Medical and social experience and strong interest in community health
• Responsibility and professional ethics
• Master's degree in oral and written French
• Good ease with computer tools and mobile telephony
