IBAW offers practical and market-oriented higher vocational training.

Through its seminars, degree courses and post-graduate programmes, the IBAW contributes to the development of skills in Switzerland.

Main responsibilities

  • Design and develop the training offer in the field of economics, while supporting business activities in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Conduct trend analyses, identify market needs and monitor competition developments in order to develop innovative and relevant training offers
  • Pilot, evaluate and develop the training portfolio of the IBAW, while ensuring the monitoring of performance indicators (KPI) and the profitability of the offers
  • Recruitment, support and retention of stakeholders in collaboration with the team, while ensuring the continuous development and quality of training programmes
  • Participate in the development of strategy, budgets, and business boxes, and bring your expertise to sales teams, and to stakeholders Required
  • Several years of experience: in product management, ideally in the field of training or education, or in a comparable function
  • Excellent sense of communication and ability to engage different stakeholders through leadership experience
  • Entrepreneurship, pragmatic and solutions oriented, with a strong capacity to work independently
  • Knowledge of the adult education sector and strong interest in lifelong learning issues French (Good Mastery) German (Very good knowledge) English (preferably) Cosa offeriamo
  • Centralised workplace: Our sites are located in the heart of the city

Key requirements

  • Completed vocational learning (CFC): supplemented by continuing tertiary training (federal patent, federal diploma, ES/HF, HES/FH or equivalent)
