Company and context
- Member of the management team and directly attached to the Director, you provide strategic, organizational and managerial leadership for the socio-cultural sector (15.4 EFA).
- You are the guarantor of the sociocultural accompaniment model of Plein Soleil, its coherence and its evolution. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Set the course, by changing the offer of accompaniment around self-determination, quality of life, social participation and openness to the outside world;
- To grow teams by developing management based on trust, clarity, feedback and accountability;
- Develop interdisciplinarity, working closely with nurses, doctors, therapists and other professionals around the resident's life project;
- Open Plein Soleil by developing links with relatives and external partners;
- Supporting change by piloting projects, changing practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organisation;
- We are looking for a person who combines accompaniment expertise, managerial experience and ability to rise, while being able to transform a vision into concrete actions. You have:
- higher education in the social, socio-educational, health, management or equivalent fields; a confirmed experience in team management;
- experience in the medical-social and/or accompaniment of persons with disabilities;
