For our Private Banking division, we are looking for a: Private Provident Consultant – Sector Manager Your Missions:

• develop the sector as part of an established growth strategy to make it a reference in its area of activity,
• promote and represent the Bank in the field of private provision (bank insurance, Epargne 3 and Free Pass foundations), by promoting inter-divisional and inter-departmental cross-selling,
• develop and maintain a network of external relations (professional associations, partners, administrations, brokers, experts, etc.),
• support the sales force in the field of private provision through participation in customer interviews and training of advisers,
• be a main player in the Bank's strategic and operational projects related to private provision,
• piloting the sector of about ten people at the managerial level: delineating objectives into concrete actions, optimizing the organisation of resources, mobilizing and supporting teams,
• ensuring compliance with internal, legal and ethical rules on foresight,
• actively monitor legal, judicial and policy developments in the field. Your profile
• university or higher education (HES or equivalent),
• experience in the conduct of a team of consultants and specialists,
• experience in participating in Provident Foundation Boards,
• excellent understanding of processes related to foresight, with good knowledge of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillar,
• good relations, leadership and determination to develop new external and internal relationships,
• excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills, critical mindset, result orientation to achieve business and business transformation challenges,
