For our Human Resources department, we are looking for one or more: Head of the State-Major of the Human Resources Department Your missions:

• Conduct the State-Major in charge of HR project management and HR IT tools,
• Management and development of the existing team (2 people),
• Conduct, with the support of the HR team and specialists, projects within the department,
• To advise and support HRD in the management of the department by, inter alia, coordinating certain activities, such as establishing and monitoring budgets and the internal control system, planning and organizing internal sessions and the annual HR agenda,
• Support the head of department in the management, coordination and monitoring of major HR processes (remuneration, annual evaluations, re-evaluation of functions, etc.) and on continuous improvement processes (including digitization),
• Develop and manage analytical reports (follow-up to KPIs) and departmental activities such as annual and quarterly reports and collaborate in the preparation of CSR and annual BCV reports;
• Represent the department within the various internal and external projects, mandates, internal and external committees related to HR business areas. Your profile:
• University or higher education (economy or finance),
• First experience managing a team
• Minimum 5 years experience in structuring and managing projects related to management or in Consulting
• Knowledge of human resources is an asset,
• Excellent conceptual, operational, drafting, organisational and planning capabilities,
• Open, comfortable contact, agile and flexible personality while being rigorous, precise and organized,
• Capacity for synthesis, communication and problem solving,
