Our Medical-Social Centres (CMS) offer the Lausanne population high quality multidisciplinary services and their interventions are based on values of humanity and fairness. Our office for the transport of people at Mobility Réduée in the Lausanne region is responsible for coordinating transport for people with mobility difficulties. This office brings together the home care organisations of the Lausanne agglomeration (Foundation Care Lausanne, APROMAD, APREMADOL) and Pro Infirmis. It deals with the collaboration agreement with the transport partners, i.e. the adapted transport providers who have entered into a contract with the Lausanne Health Foundation, Taxi Services Sàrl, the Red Cross and the Lausanne voluntary mutual aid service.

Following the departure of the holder, we are looking for

Head of the Coordination Office Transport of Persons with Reduced Mobility (TMRL) (H/F) - 80-9 0%

Your mission

• Coordinating transport for people with reduced mobility living at home in the Greater Lausanne region
• Ensuring the quality of services and continuous improvement of the system
• Managing a team of about ten employees
• Ensuring budget tracking, billing and reporting
• Develop collaboration with and represent the network's partners
• Dealing with specific situations and claims related to the provision of services

Your profile and skills

• Higher education in the medical and social fields, health or public administration
• Management training, an asset
• Confirmed experience in team management and project management
• Experience in piloting an operational activity
• Good knowledge of the Vaudian social and health system and funding schemes
• Assistance in handling sensitive situations and complaints
• Leadership, proactivity and guidance solutions
• Writing skills and ease in contacts
• Mastery of computer tools and activity databases
• Master's degree in oral and written French
