- Ensure the management, evaluation, and evolution of the cantonal offer of labor market measures (MMT), training, and professional integration measures (MIP);
- Analyze and evaluate the offers of new training, MMT, and MIP that reach the DIPP, and develop those you identify as necessary;
- Actively monitor the evolving skills needs in the labor market and respond by developing appropriate programs that will serve to improve the employability of individuals registered with the ORP;
- Support your specialists and the finance unit of the DGEM in monitoring training providers and measures;
- Lead the Consulting and Integration Department and ensure the management of its activities and resources;
- Provide the ORP with tools, methods, and services that facilitate the support of registered individuals, their placement, and their professional integration;
- Develop and coordinate the continuing education of ORP staff to ensure harmonized and quality practices;
- Conduct strategic and cross-cutting projects related to the missions of the DIPP;
- Actively collaborate within the projects of the other two departments of the DIPP;
