Role overview
In order to respond to the increase in the number of mandates entrusted to the service and to support the development of our services, we are seeking a motivated framework to commit ourselves, within our Vevey branch.
As a group leader in the field of adult protection, you ensure the operational conduct of a group of professional curators.
Your expertise in adult curatelle, as well as your management skills, allow you to ensure a proactive, caring and efficient management of your team and the delivery of consistent, diligent and quality services.

- Bachelor HES or university.
- CAS Module 1 in adult curatelles.
- Training in management or team conduct.
- 3 years of experience in social work and ideally in the conduct of a social entity.

- Personal leadership, loyalty, culture of dialogue and feedback, managerial courage, organizational agility, risk management, support for change.
- Strong knowledge of social insurance, adult protection law and financial management.
- Mastery of maintenance techniques in difficult situations or complex networks.
- Pedagogical skills: ability to transmit knowledge and support professionals.
- Driving licence and personal vehicle.
- Position in the Cantonal Administration of Vaud (State of Vaud), Switzerland.
