Main responsibilities
- Direct and develop processes within own team (around 60 people)
- Conduct promotional and disciplinary interviews with employees
- Guarantee quality, performance and achievement of objectives in a specialized area
- Promote the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Maintain collaboration with other areas and departments
- Participate in projects, lead them autonomously or take charge of sub-projects Required
- Experience professional: 3-5 years: In a comparable role
- Experience in leading a large team, team spirit and flexibility
- Analytical mind, process-oriented and able to think networked as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy
- Very good communication skills and high social skills
