- Lead the Mining & Materials front-end sales team (grinding, electrification, automation and digital) and oversee pricing and service alignment.
- Define market presence, execution standards, and delivery models.
- Set and monitor KPIs (volume, pricing, portfolio mix), anticipate performance gaps, and drive remedial action to achieve global order intake and margin objectives.
- Evaluate market opportunities, monitor competitive landscape, and promote the Process Industries solution approach with early engagement on long multi-year sales cycles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback analysis, develop sales processes and training, maintain ABB compliance, manage contract and pricing risks, and partner with Product Management to maintain a diversified business across geographies and solution lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance – Represent the Mining & Materials perspective in the local Business Line Management Team, contributing to strategic decisions and divisional priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with project management, engineering, supply chain, compliance, controlling, marketing, and quality to enable seamless execution.
- Maintain process compliance with all ABB guidelines, proactively engaging with legal, credit assessment, and treasury while reducing administrative burden.
