Role overview
In this responsible position, you are responsible for four production departments (dough preparation, pushers, cured goods and Vaud specialties) and ensure a smooth process.
They support the operations manager Charcuterie Cheseaux in the daily tasks and represent him during his absences.

- Coordination and organization of work distribution and personnel planning between departments
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes
- Support for training, leadership, motivation and development of staff
- Cooperation in the implementation and compliance with quality and safety standards according to HACCP Participation in various projects
- Compliance with and implementation of workplace safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with the measures adopted by the management
- Supports the operations manager Charcuterie Cheseaux (production site with about 200 employees) in his tasks and represents him during his absences Requirements
- Several years of experience in a company in the food industry (mainly in the preparation of meat and sausage products)
- proven experience in a responsible position and in personnel management Very good MS-Office knowledge; SAP knowledge would be ideal
- They are French and have a good knowledge of German (minimum B2) Ability to lead, motivate and form a team Sense of organization and priorities
